FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is the expected turnaround time for my order?
Normal turn around time is 5-6 weeks from the time your deposit has been processed. During certain times throughout the year rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Please inquire with your sales rep for details.
2. Is there a minimum number of pieces that I need to order?
No. There is a one time set up fee for the artwork which could make ordering less than 5 items not very cost effective.
3. What are the payment terms?
A 50% non-refundable deposit (with a Credit Card) is required at the time of placing the order and the balance is due within 5 days of receipt of the order.
4. I use an approved vendor list and Team Lemcke is not on it. Can I still buy from you?
Yes, very often exceptions can be made to approved vendor lists because of the uniqueness of Team Lemcke products; high level of customization and tackle-twill. At the same time you can provide us with the contact information and we can communicate with the organization to be to be added to that list.
5. What options do I have for lettering layouts and fonts?
We can create any font style or lettering layout you can think of. Please refer to our reference materials page for most commonly used options.
6. What fabrics are available?
Please refer to our reference material page for fabric options.
7. What if any details do you charge extra for?
The price of our products will normally include the team name (logo) and player number. Please refer to the specific product pricing pages for further “add-on” details.
8. How do I submit our team logo to you for our uniforms?
You can email us your custom logos. Acceptable formats include: .jpg, .ai, .pdf, and .psd files. You can also mail us your logo, but understand that this will delay the order from being processed.
9. Is there a warranty on Team Lemcke products?
If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace or fix the order immediately. There is no recourse on normal wear and tear or player misuse on a uniform.
10. What if we need to exchange, return or cancel our order?
If there are known changes that need to be made to the order soon after placing it, we will do our best to change order details (sizes, number of uniforms, specific number change for a player, etc). However, because the orders are custom-made, once the fabric has been cut we cannot reduce quantities or change colors.
11. What are my shipping options?
The shipping price you are quoted is for standard UPS ground (3-5 business days). Expedited methods are available for an additional charge.
